Camille Sherman
Camille’s extensive experience handling financial matters for both public and private companies made her a great addition to the Biosolutions Team. Originally working as an outside consultant, Camille saw the potential at Biosolutions as well as a need for direction to get them to the next level. Since she primarily worked with companies that were in the growth stage, Biosolutions was a perfect fit. Camille is responsible for the Financial Integrity of the company and oversees all Administrative aspects regarding Customer Quotes, Orders and Deliveries.

Rob Shanks
Rob’s background in wastewater and controls is a result of 10 years of employment at Orenco Systems, Inc. During his tenure, Rob focused on the Design, Manufacturing, Testing and QC of control panels specifically engineered for use with wastewater equipment.  With this experience Rob has taken over all Technical and O & M responsibilities for BioSolutions, Inc. Rob also administers the Advantex Treatment System’s Program.  This program ensures that only certified contractors install the Advantex Treatment equipment and that only qualified service providers are certified for maintaining the Advantex Treatment Systems. 

Steven Braband
As the founder of BioSolutions, Steve saw the need for professional management of wastewater systems for the onsite industry. Steve searched throughout the United States for the best technologies available for his clients. Spearheading new proven technologies in Southern California Steve has become a resource for both the Private and Public sector representing them both in current State Regulations and serving on numerous technical advisory committees and taskforces.  Steve introduces these technologies to regulators, engineering firms, developers and homeowners helping them through the regulatory maze.
